Project Director - High rise – Developer - Dubai I have an opportunity working for a large UAE based company in their Real Estate Development division. This is a very a successful company with many different division including Building, Infrastructure, MEP and Real Estate. Due to this companies position as a leading company in the UAE the growth in the region is directly effecting their business resulting in an upturn of work. They now have requirement for a Project Director to oversee the development of a high rise residential tower in Dubai. The project will be starting early 2015 but they want to employee the Project Director now so you can be involved in the project from the design stage. This is not the first high rise tower this company has developed, however it is the biggest and therefor a very important project for the company. I am looking for someone who is already working at a Project Director level for a Real Estate Developer or a Project Management company. You will need to have had full control of projects from design stage through to completion. This is a high rise residential tower (over 40 storeys) and you will need experience running a project like this. Requirements: • Construction related degree • Stable work history • Minimum 5 years as Project Director • Developer or Project Management company experience • Middle East experience (preferable UAE) In return you will get a generous tax free salary, housing allowance, vehicle, medical and annual return flights.
