Project Engineer – Electrical (Municipal Infrastructure – Distribution Voltage; 10kV (+/-)) EXPERIENCE: The Candidates applicable engineering design experience will include: ∙ Performing of: Municipal Load-Demand Calculations (Accommodations Common Facilities) ∙ Design of: Municipal, medium voltage (10kV), Electrical Distribution Systems ∙ Overhead / Underground Electrical Design Experience ∙ Urban Planning ∙ Prepare: Technical and Material Procurement Specifications and supporting documents. ∙ Write: Complete and comprehensive technical communications, documents, summaries and reports. ∙ Own: Assume personal “Ownership” for completing major and daily Project tasks – through successful product delivery. ∙ Mentor: Mentor and guide junior project staff in the application of basic engineering discipline, technical methods and form. ∙ Support: The Project with your professional experience, guidance and opinion. Project Engineer – Electrical (Facilities – Low Voltage / Controls Systems; 0.4kV (+/-)) EXPERIENCE: The Candidates applicable engineering design experience will include: ∙ Performing of: Plant Load-Demand Calculations (Transfer Pumps, Lift Stations, Common area and miscellaneous electric loads) ∙ Design of: Plant Electrical Distribution and Controls Systems ∙ Facilities Planning ∙ Develop: System concepts – including “Work Breakdown Structure” (WBS) planning – sketches, schematics and single-line drawings; then oversee and manage the development of detailed design and construction drawings. ∙ Prepare: Technical and Material Procurement Specifications and supporting documents. ∙ Write: Complete and comprehensive technical communications, documents, summaries and reports. ∙ Own: Assume personal “Ownership” for completing major and daily Project tasks – through successful product delivery. ∙ Mentor: Mentor and guide junior project staff in the application of basic engineering discipline, technical methods and form. ∙ Support: The Project with your professional experience, guidance and opinion. IN ADDITION to above The successful Candidate will be expected to: ∙ Be well familiar and work with RoK Standards and follow RoK Regulations during the execution of the Project design works and subsequent construction (SNiP / GOST). ∙ Adjust and adapt to performing works in a multi-language environment: Russian, Kazakh, and English. English and Russian fluency is highly preferred. ∙ A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from a recognized, accredited, University or Technical College.
