Project Homeless Connect SF helps to move homeless people into a secure housing. When you hear that someone has secured housing this often means they are moving in to a small, one room SRO where they share a bathroom and have little or no access to a kitchen. Their monthly income is often minimal and needs to cover many expenses, buying prepared food is expensive and often not the healthiest option. A mini fridge and microwave allows folks to eat fresh and to prepare a meal for themselves, an important factor in creating stability. We currently have 20 families that need a mini fridge and microwave. Please, consider sharing what you would consider basic kitchen supplies with those for whom it is a luxury. gooddler/Wishlist/10004
