Project Manager JOB DESCRIPTION The Project Manager would be responsible for project structuring, supervision and advice, evaluation of transactions RESPONSIBILITIES · Evaluation of businesses/projects with a view determine where value lies and implementing same toward profitability · Undertake investment appraisals and risk analysis, determining transaction approach and work plan · Assuming responsibility for all the Company’s asset and portfolio management services · Conceiving, reviewing and ensuring of high quality of financial models and other transaction documentation, including marketing documents · Development and arranging of joint ventures, partnerships and syndications, liaising with Legal, Tax and other Regulatory expertise QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE · First degree from a recognized university plus an MBA.
