Project Manager Location: DUBAI, UAE Job Description: •Ensures the project requirements and expectations are on schedule and within cost projections •Provides over all directions and co-ordination with all Department Managers. •Maintains good open communications with all the necessary members of the clients both internal and external. •Reviews all official correspondence and reports for compliance to the project requirements. •Maintains a good and healthy work environment for all the employees. •Participates on General Management Coordination •Reviews and comments on project scope definition •Reviews Project Management Plan Reports to the management on regular basis Development management from feasibility to developer appointments for flagship corporate office project, managing complex stakeholder requirements in challenging region. •Responsible for pre and post contract works including design management, statutory permission, NOCs and building permits, contract procurement and contractor appointments •Expertise in project programming, cost control and contract administration for building and infrastructure projects @ UAE •His responsibilities covered both pre-contract and post-contract stages, including contracts management based on FIDIC design safety reviews and other pre-contract matters, contract administration and contract management, evaluating and auctioning contract matters extending to claims, variations, engineer’s decisions, liaison and coordination with Employers, contractors, design offices and sites supervision staff, cost management, general supervision and site management, construction quality management, network planning, including construction phasing and delay analysis, progress monitoring, closing-out completed contracts etc •Project Manager with assist client to: General Program Administration Executive reports Projects Administration Recovery plans Perform consultant evaluation Perform contractor evaluation Document final projects costs/cost evaluation Arrange for product specification evaluation Perform general conditions/general requirements review Develop and administer/update database for future project reference Arrange for establishment of sustainable design guidelines Conduct value engineering/sustainability review of design development Desired Profile: •Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required. •Project management skills •Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills •Planning, Organization and Time Management •Excellent communication skills •ability to motivate people
