Project Manager needed: email resume to st980m@yp Responsible for overseeing and managing creative services projects. Coordinates all project phases and keeps staff on task and on time. Acts as a liaison between clients, vendors, and consultants. Monitor day-to-day execution traffic of marketing projects in order to manage project workflow within the creative and production group. Manage tasks assigned to designers and copywriters and assist in locating and procuring assets from internal clients. Ensure all deadlines are met. Troubleshoot production and timing issues as needed. Serve as liaison between the marketing department/internal clients and creative groups. Track up to 150 jobs per month, ranging from small 30 minute tasks to larger projects with multiple stakeholders. Report directly to the Creative Director on a weekly basis the status of all Creative Services projects. Assist designers in design projects when the workload dictates. Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Minimum 7-10 years experience. Proficient in MS Office Suite 2010, Adobe Create Suite a plus. Ability to proofread spelling, grammar and punctuation. Strong organizational skills, ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple priorities and projects at once. Excellent client management and team partnership skills. Excellent oral and written skills. Familiarity with electronic job tracking systems.
