Project Plan color update: 2 items are now red--one of which just turned red 16 minutes ago. I expect one to close out tomorrow and the other on Sunday. There are 12 peach items--those are the immediate items due in the next 3 days. Theyre all on target to get completed this weekend or Monday. There are 8 green items--also pretty much on target. On the other hand, the 27 black items scare me--it just seems as if theres still quite a bit left to do. Some are easy (have Stan Ward remove the seats from the van) and some are complicated Update Hospitality Task Schedule: Friday afternoon. I did just finish printing the 2015 flyers!
