Project list for next Pennsic: 1. New mudflaps for 13x19 2. Repair existing ropes and make new ropes for Hippodrome 3. Some kind of small tent. Never use any canvas but Sunforger again. Lesson learned. 4. Get singer machines adjusted to deal with heavy duty thread (Tex 80 and higher). 5. Order more stakes. We have at least one tent in our care that has a QUALITY assortment (note that quality emphasizes the word assortment and not the word stake.) of stakes instead of the uniform collection that I normally endorse... I nearly got hives. 6. Wicks for lamps/more lamps. I need to spend more time working out a child/sca-friendly lighting solution for areas that will be high traffic to kids. Having the tap lights fastened UNDER the tables helped a bit with the atmosphere, but the glue didnt hold well and the light color was wrong. 7. Nice, collapsible furniture for the Hippodrome. More tables for the coffee shop. Im going to need a wood-working mentor and some serious affection (patience) from someone with a wood shop.
