Projects: In this project, we have a system that can count the objects on a conveyor belt and display the result on a seven-segment display. First, a laser is placed in a way that it is directed to an LDR. This LDR is placed at the base of the transistor, and its output will be the counters clock. When there is no object passing, the emitted light from the laser will reach the LDR (very high resistance), no current will enter the transistor, and thus the counter will not count. Whenever an object passes through the conveyor belt, it will blocks the light to reach the LDR ( low resistance), the transistor will act as a closed switch, and the counter will count and display it on the 7 segment display.
