Projectsave Devotional Thursday, 7th, Aug 2014. WAITING ON GOD Lam3:26- So it is good to wait quietly for salvation from the LORD. I attended a naming ceremony this year, the couples had waited on God for several years trusting God for a baby, in fact, the woman had reached menopause but thank God it is a menopause not menostop. In the womans testimony, she waited on God by holding unto his word. To wait on God doesnt mean youll keep silent saying nothing&doing nothing. It simply means to hold firmly to his promises as revealed in His word and watching to see him fulfil it. For some, this process took decades but Gods word came to pass. Abraham is a vivid example of a man that waited on God, 25years is not a joke. His mates were grandpas already but he was struggling to have just a child. The outcome of that waiting produced us all and we cant mention the redeemed without father Abraham. Your waiting time is not your wasting time, God will surely come through for you. PRAYER:- Father, I receive grace to wait patiently on your word to see the fulfilment In Jesus Name. DAY 4- Fasting&Prayer (A)father, let every message in Aroro outreach come with a strong conviction of the Spirit that will lead men and women unto salvation. (B)Pray in tongues
