Promise 23 Deuteronomy 31:6 never leave nor forsake you Have you ever been in a situation when you needed another persons assistance? Maybe working on something and they go to get a tool or something and they say to you Hold on I will be right back.... In that moment they have left and you are holding on to keep together what ever It is.... Gods word tells us He will never leave us, AND never forsake us. Forsake means to abandon. There are times when I know I have felt that He isnt near and I call out and feel like I found Him again but in reality He never left me. There have been times where I thought He had abandoned me and so I get into action and try to Hold on AND go get the tools to put into action what I think needs done and thats when it really falls apart....but the great Promise is He never left us nor forsakes us and underneath the mess we make are His Everlasting Arms. ( Deut. 33:27) Today I hope that no matter whether you feel left or abandon in your current circumstances, you will just feel that He is Holding You.
