Promised I would post before and After pics. I will have to get a few better after pics. But here they are. They make me sick to look at--but praising God for His faithfulness. I am 3 pounds shy of having lost 200 pounds since the first of last August. God is amazing! In addition to praising God for His goodness, having amazing success with Young Living Essential Oils ( Oils Overflowing) and supplements and a clean diet; I also now want to thank my personal trainer, Lawrence LJ Johnson who is killing me into better shape than I have ever been (grateful for OneLife gym and Lawrences expertise). I have about 33 pounds left to go to hit my final goal and I KNOW I will do it.
