Promoting Growth As were Praising God, we need to start supporting each other. We must instill unity as opposed to separatism. Instead of being biased toward the darker and preferred toward the lighter. We need to stop adhering to racism within our own Black Community. We need to stop calling ourselves and others the N-Word...How is it acceptable to call each other this .But when a White Person does it, We scream thatHe or She is a racist!? So we need to stop being hypocritical and calling each other the N-Word aka Nigger! Remove it from your vocabulary! And Black Men, Stop using the B Word and H word when you speak of the Black Woman! Remember, my Brother, These women represent the same gender assignment of your mothers, sisters, cousins, aunts, grandmothers even your co/workers and others. Would you be happy if someone referred to them as such.? This is defaming and humiliating to her and our ancestors. And my Sisters, you need to stop wanting everything at the request of having nothing to offer. This is how you rate the Black Man by his material possessions. Then if he doesnt have the provisions to gratify your greed, which is more, more and more...Pay all my bills, get my hair and nails done make me feel that I am something that I will never be ! Then if cant do any of this, you then want to emasculate him and put him down. You help to fuel the negative energy that the angry and confused Black Man already has about life and even more so toward you and every woman that ever wronged him. These are small step that we can do to help us move to the right direction. Black History Month!? We will need to reflect upon our history for decades at a time!
