Proofreading my two fairly massive contributions to WENGS CHOP #6. My, I have ended up writing a lot of published work this year, after all! I in fact finished the HORROR OF PARTY BEACH photo comic essay while taking care of my father in Florida, one hotel room away from him. It was my coping mechanism: how I managed to keep calm amid the emotional turmoil of that desperate week/weekend and rescue operation. I can see now that writing has kept be sane this summer.
