Prop. 47 Will Keep Youths On Right Paths EBCLC also believes that the passage of Proposition 47, the Safe Neighborhoods and Schools Act, is a step in the right direction for our state! Lawyers and students in our Education & Defense Justice for Youth (EDJY) and Clean Slate programs will be working with clients to find alternatives to incarceration and removing barriers to education and employment.
