Properly Applied SCIENTIFIC AGNOSTICISM The fact that one cannot either prove nor disprove the existence of a deity ( or whatever other non-evidence-based figment of imagination ) - DOES NOT mean that the chances to either possibility are 50%. A hypothesis that has no evidence whatsoever to support it has near ZERO chances to be real. So, the amount of scientific agnosticism that someone should assign to it is an arbitrarily and infinitesimally small percentage ( 0.000...0001 % ). And even that can be considered generous because it is just a consequence of the scientific principle of absolute-certainty-avoidance as antidote against dogmatism. Efstratios Filippidis
