Move-in seminar is conducted by APMG to familiarize the tenant of the homeowner’s responibilities. IMPROVEMENTS APMG undertakes any necessary house improvements in the subdivision. Construction plans is properly inspected prior to implementation. REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE All property maintenance can be undertaken by APMG upon request. Costs necessary for the repair and maintenance arechargeable to the tenant.
