Proposal: If someone is elected to the interim or following boards, they should step down from any moderator positions. 1. Both jobs take a lot of energy and work, so we shouldnt put strain on our volunteers. 2. We should separate our police from our government. Moderation and governance are two different mentalities and we should keep them separated. 3. If our goal is transparency, then a non-moderator board can more justifiably pass policies for moderation oversight. Theres less conflict of interest.
