Proposal Strategy for Development of Tourism in Latvia This proposal was originally made and presented to tourism authorities in Latvia in 2003. There was NO RESPONSE at that time and in our opinion nothing similar has occurred by anyone in a leadership capacity either in the private or public sector since then.
