Proposal on selling your luxury brands to China which now is the biggest country of luxury brands consumption in the world. Below are my ideas for your reference. (1) You should be a legally-established company registered in your country, or franchised stores of the luxury brands. (2) You should have an official website in your country covering all the luxury brands you are engaged in. And your website should be innovative and state-of the-art, featuring the fashionability and vogue of your brands, so as to attract consumers. (3) Not necessary to look for or establish cooperation with general agent or distributors in China. Instead, you can establish a company in China, so as to be qualified to sell your brands here, the most important point for establishing a company here is to that you can construct your Chinese-English website version which will directly show your luxury brands and related details. The costs in establishing a company in China is not so expensive. Having a company here as a channel to directly sell your products is very important----the reasons are: 1) Considering the long delivery time from overseas to China if the buyers in China buy overseas luxury from Internet, they are really not happy to wait a long time before getting it, even though they trust your company and believe it is safe. We Chinese buyers always want to buy something and get it in a short time, especially for luxury brands. 2) With your company in China, you will be able to explain to buyers that you have stocks in China, not necessary to buy from remote foreign countries. (4) After having set up your company here you should achieve regular supply of the luxury brands for your company in China. The luxury brands should be of original quality same as ones being sold in your country. NO ANY REPLICA or DEFECTIVE ONES.
