Protecting the institutions we have established as Africans means - TopicsExpress

Protecting the institutions we have established as Africans means Lebogang and I need to debate differently about EFF and ANC. It means Sabelo cant just shoot down the King on the basis of the front page. It means even as we are suspicious about Irvin and Castro, we need to engage them as compatriots nonetheless. Protecting our legacy means your reservations about Buti s legacy as YCL Secretary must be raised in a constructive manner. It means if you preferred Magasela for YL President, you had to promote him and not shoot down Pule, ngwana mme. It means as progressive forces we need to fight better. I, too have been guilty of destructive debates but I think we need to recognise that only the reactionary forces celebrate. Put it this way, reactionary forces neither desire a strong ANC, nor do they desire a strong EFF. When these two weaken each other the Right throws a party. We must continue fighting for a better life for all but we must do it better.
