Protests in Watergam over shortage of LPG Javid Ahmad Baramulla: Residents of Watergam, Rafiabad in north Kashmirs Baramulla district are protesting against the shortage of domestic LPG in the area. A senior citizen, Nazir Ahmad told Rising Kashmir that public blocked Baramulla-Kupwara highway at Watergam after Shalimar Gas Agency Baramulla came to deliver 70 LPG cylinders against the need of 400 cylinders. He said that agency has failed to maintain the regular delivery system. Today agency came to deliver gas after four months without inadequate stock, he said. Locals have blocked traffic on highway demanding the adequate LPG stock be supplied immediately.
