Protips – March 10, 2014 When Others Eat the Fruit of Your Labor By Maloi Malibiran-Salumbides & Raquel V. Endoso Sinabi sa 2 Timothy 3:2 that in the last days, difficult times will come for people will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud and abusive. Ang sabi ni Victoria Larcia: Trust God and do good anyway. Ang sagot naman ni Pie Paras: I would of course be disappointed. But I would just let it happen. The management knows what theyre doing and i know that my time will come. Whats mine is mine in Gods perfect timing. At ang tips ni Ruth Poja: 1.Recognize the negative emotions that you go through, 2. Accept the situation and: 3. Hand it over to God. Narito naman ang apat na Protips namin sa iyo na isinulat ni Raquel Endoso: 1. Surrender your hurt to God. Alam kong dahil nasaktan ka kaya ka nakakaramdam ng galit at pagka-inis. Tell God exactly how you feel. Umiyak ka at magsumbong sa Diyos. Sa Romans 12:19 ay ganito ang nakasulat, “Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for Gods wrath, for it is written: It is mine to avenge. I will repay, says the Lord. Let it go, lay it down, sit back and trust your heavenly Father to take care of business for you. Maaaring hindi pa ngayon, pero sigurado - justice will be done. 2. Release that person in your heart. Ipanalangin mo at patawarin ang tao na nakasakit at nanlamang sa iyo. Alam kong mahirap, lalo na kung hindi naman humihingi ng tawad ni hindi kinikilala na siya’y may nagawang pagkakamali sa iyo. Pero ito ang paraan ng Diyos upang ikaw ay gumaling mula sa mga hurts na nararanasan mo. Forgive. When we choose not to entertain thoughts of the trespass and give it to God, He will step in at pagagalingin Niya ang ating puso. 3. Stand up for what is right. Ipaalam mo sa mga taong involve na alam mo ang ginawa nila and you won’t stand for that type of behavior in the future. Gawin mo ito sa isang mahinahon at matalinong paraan. Makabubuting maging layunin natin na kahit sa mga sitwasyong katulad nito ay maparangalan pa rin natin ang Panginoon sa paraan ng ating pag-iisip, pananalita at pagkilos. 4. Remember that God is our Ultimate Rewarder. In 1 Corinthians 15:58, it says, “Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.” Kung gagawa tayo ng mabuti sa ating trabaho just to be noticed by others, that’s all the reward we get. However, if we remember that God sees what’s done in secret – ang ating buong pusong paglilingkod sa iba, at pag-unawa at pagpapatawad sa mga taong nakasakit sa atin. Then we will reap a reward from our heavenly Father and Ultimate Boss. When others steal and eat the fruits of your labor, tandaan mo na ang Diyos ay may plano para sa iyo na hindi maaagaw ninoman. Be a blessing in the workplace today.
