Proud mom post: for many of you, you know Miss Os toughest class as an 8th grader this year was 9th grade algebra. It was really the first time she had struggled with a class. By struggled, she mainly got Bs and the occasional C. This one didnt come so easy to her and it taught her to actually study, ask for help and more help if she needed it. Since her momma was a liberal arts major in college, I was useless! :) But thanks goes out to all my FB friends who helped us with homework problems via FB and the chick-fil-a dude who would come and look over her shoulder and answer any questions she had while sweeping, and to Miss O for taking the initiative and getting tutoring sessions to help her...This past semester she was all wound up about an end of year test and today she found out she got a commended score, which surprised not only her but her teacher as well! The icing on the cake was getting a round of applause from from her classmates after her teacher announced her score!! So, so proud and happy for her!!!! ❤️❤️
