Proud mommy moment as I dropped the girls off to school this morning. As everyone knows I have been struggling with kaleighs adhd and other behavioral disorders. We have been seeing a psychiatrist and shes been in counseling but has still been having issues in school. Friday I took her to the Dr to search other options. And her Dr decided to put her on meds. As we wanted to stay away from medications, her schooling was being effected and we all worried. But as I go through kaleighs agenda, the last 2 days she has had 2 fantastic days and as I seen her teacher this morning she was smiling from ear to ear as she told me how kaleigh was doing so well and she was so proud of her. I really hope this is a new beginning for us (:
