Proud that our Prime Minister has initiated the SwacchaBharat , MyClean India Campaign. These will have to now be backed by concrete action plan. To start with , hope the RailwayStations, Airports, Govt Hospitals, BusStations, which are under direct govt control, implement it with immediate effect. As citizens we can spread the awareness, stop littering, participate & contribute for a clean india. But the onus of clearing garbage and creating a proper drainage system, building toilets etc still rests with the government both at the centre, state and municipality level. If every elected representative, Corporator, MLA, MP take ownership and accountability for their constituency, this can become a reality . Please read the article below. link attached.
