Prove this guy wrong: while visiting Ron Piche before the election a citizen of Espanola came in and asked why the bridges on the boardwalk couldnt be fixed by local residents. He had an engineer lined up as well as some other people to help. This statement resounded with me. Wouldnt it be nice to have volunteers to help with all the projects around town. I understand there may be liability issues but has anyone ever checked what would have to be done to assure that the residents would be covered for all liabilities. To make a long story short, this guy said I couldnt get enough volunteers. I am looking to start a group of residents to help. Engineers, heavy equipment operators, laborers, cooks, etc. It would save the town alot of money if we could do the projects ourselves. I may be dreaming but I have faith that I can get 100 volunteers. Please help me out. Lets pull this town together and lower taxes, and get things done. Please submit your name to this site.
