Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go so when he is older he will not depart from it. The Bible says that children are gifts from God. Man Im still on high over the way my boys played in this past Saturdays lil league football game. Its amazing, the growth and development in which Ive seen not only this season but some for many years. Even if this wasnt the most challenging game they will play the confidence boost is there that they can play very well. Then my very own kids, my biological son and 2 not biological daughters but mine (forewarning, if you tell them Im not their real dad you might wanna run). Ive raised them since 3&4 years old now 14&15 and as far as we are concered, theyre mine and Im theirs. I looked at them this weekend and reflected on the beautiful parenting contribution I must have made. There are so many things my kids could be doing. However, they are all honor roll students involved in school and non school related programs and events. Its a beautiful thing!!! Cutting his short cuz I have to go get $$$. Encourage your children and dont stop there. Encourage other kids to do whats right. Be instrumental in making and keeping them positive and believing in themselves. Our kids are our future. We have to ensure that our future is equipped with more positive than negative growth to benefit their quality of life. Each positive interaction may contribute to a future positive outcome in that childs life. Get on the train and be a part of that. Have a Marvelous Monday and a Wonderful Week FB fam.
