Proverbs 3:6 all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. As I was working on another project, I logged on to YouTube to find the song Im going make it. It was the Lord who led me to Les Brown. All his video popped up. Now remember his testimony years ago but I guess the LORD wanted me to hear it again to confirm my vision. I thought about my mother and the many hat she wore. Susie never graduated from high school But my mom was unstoppable. The only goal she set and didnt accomplish was hitting the million dollar lottery. She was creative and determined to make her vision reality. Mom would brag about being a Jack of all trades and a master at none. She was great at interior and exterior design, cooking, hairstylist, poet and activist. As I Listened to Les speak of his mom, I remember the torch she lit in our last conversation. She said, dont take your gifts to the grave like Im going to do. You are a hell of a writer someone waiting to hear it and get your smile back! Mom it took me a while but Im almost there. As a mother I have the same desire as my mom for each of them. It task hard work and determination to make dream reality. My mother didnt make excuse for her child when we didnt meet her expectations and neither will I. My mother did have a large circle of friends. I learned at an early age everybody is not your friend, they like draining you spirit. Most of her friends were doers and moneymaker. It sounds harsh but true. She taught my vision is my vision, I can only make it reality. Dont follow the crowd your personality will have them follow you. The story is to be sold, not told. Bottom-line its not over UNTIL I WIN! If GOD BLESSED YOU with a gift, you cant bring it into the PRESENTuntil its UNWRAPPED. Your grandmother lit the torch kids get on your grind, Im off my behind. God bless. Now watch the video and soar.
