Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors, 9218 Ventnor Ave. in Margate, became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors on Nov. 12. The familiar blue and white signs have been officially replaced with a new logo and signature colors of cabernet and white. Similar changes were made at real estate offices across the nation. The Brand Opening and formal ribbon cutting event included Mayor Michael Bagnell of Ventnor, and Commissioners Brenda Taube and Maury Blumberg of Margate. There were also toasts with cabernet wine and hors doeuvres.
