Psa 39:1 To the chief Musician, even to Jeduthun, A Psalm of David. I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep my mouth with a bridle, while the wicked is before me. Psa 39:2 I was dumb with silence, I held my peace, even from good; and my sorrow was stirred. Psa 39:3 My heart was hot within me, while I was musing the fire burned: then spake I with my tongue, Rev 14:20 And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs. Hi Chris, I have been wondering about verse 2 in Psalm 39. Does good imply salvation so God puts bridles upon our mouths to be in full control of Gods Will and not to proclaim salvation(good) but only that the indignation of the Lord is upon all nations? Ecc 6:3 If a man beget an hundred children, and live many years, so that the days of his years be many, and his soul be not filled with good, and also that he have no burial; I say, that an untimely birth is better than he. Thank you very much and I hope Im clear in my question.
