Psalm 100: 4,5; Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. (5) For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations. NKJV. Here it refers to the gates of the Temple in Jerusalem, but it also applies to all generations, which means! That at the second coming of Christ that the gates of the Kingdom of God will be open to all who have believed on the name of Jesus. Some might say, how can that be? But even though Christ was only in this world 2000 years ago, but when He shed His blood on the Cross for those who will believe then it is for all who have believed since the beginning. For I call upon you to remember these two verses. John 1: 1,14; In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (14) And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. NKJV. The Son of God who was in the beginning is the same Son who came into the world 2000 years ago, and when He came He came with the truth of the word, and the promises that are in the entire Holy Bible apply to all those who have believed in the Lord. What a blessing in this promise that was written almost 3000 years ago, knowing that it is for all generations, that will come in to this world and be a part of the Body of CHRIST. Share this with others as you tell them of the many promises that God has made to mankind and the future of eternal life to be spent with those who believe in the Savior. Amen.
