Psalm 119:105 ~ Thy word is a LAMP unto my feet, and a LIGHT unto my path. Almost 3 years ago, one of my students, @ Rev. Dwight Jenkins, blessed us with a presentation in another class taught by the able and capable Dr. Bryant C Wyatt. Rev. Jenkins shared something that I had heard, but never paid attention to. Whenever you pay a merchant with a large bill, they will usually hold that bill up to the LIGHT. They are looking for a straight line that runs vertically on the bill. Thats ONE of the things that tells them the bill is the REAL THING! If you want to know whether or not a particular teaching or teacher is the real thing, hold it (them) up to the LIGHT of Gods Word! Now you KNOW I went home, pulled out a large bill and held it up to the light. Not only was Jenkins correct, I found out that the line that merchants look for is actually a strip OF TEXT! They are WORDS that tell you the denomination of the bill! The WORDS reveal the truth about the bill! The words are also a STRAIGHT LINE, not a crooked one. No explanation needed. One more thing merchants look for that I saw. Its a hologram (or picture) that should be the same as the picture of the person you can SEE on the bill. I read that counterfeiters have a way to bleach $5 dollar bills, for example, and change the denomination to $100. A merchant can tell a phony because the picture they CANT SEE, (until they hold it up to the light), ought to match the picture they CAN SEE. My God, do I really need to explain that? Just make sure YOU are the SAME person in the dark that you claim to be in the light. When I got home and held a $100 bill in my hand that night, I was looking at ONE picture of Benjamin Franklin in my hand, and then TWO (2) when I held the bill up to the lamp in my room. Be sure the Christ you profess on the outside, also lives on the inside! Now excuse me while I go PRAISE HIM!!! :D
