Psalm 139:4-6 Certainly my tongue does not frame a word without you, O Lord, being thoroughly aware of it. You squeeze me in from behind and in front; you place your hand on me. Your knowledge is beyond my comprehension; it is so far beyond me, I am unable to fathom it. God knows - He always knows. As far as we come in life, as much as we experience, it is so small compared to the majesty and complete sovereignty of the Lord our God. Remembering this helps to keep us humble, because we live in service to the One who will always be far greater, far more than us: worthy of our worship and adoration. Lord God, help us to live in the light of Your presence and unfailing love. Let Your hand of blessing rest upon us as we work out our salvation in Christ Jesus. Holy Spirit, lead us in seeking the Lord and in knowing Him, but also protect our hearts from pride and deceit.
