HIS VERY OWN CHILD Unfortunately, you may have gone through some traumatic, painful experiences in which somebody mistreated you, used you or rejected you. Maybe your husband or wife walked on you or a good friend turned on you for no reason. Or maybe you felt rejected as a child, & you are living with feelings of heartache, pain, guilt & condemnation. Perhaps youve even convinced yourself that the negative things that happened in your past are all your fault. Friend, nothing could be further from the truth. You cannot allow your self-esteem or your sense of value to be determined by how other people treat you. God accepts us even if everybody else in this world rejects us. He will take you in & adopt you as His very own child.
