Psalm 97:5 The mountains melts like wax at the presence of the Lord, At the presence of the Lord of the whole earth. NOTE: I did a demonstration in a service one time. I lit a small candle, like you would put on a cake, and then I lit a big candle, that was probably six inches in diameter, and maybe six inches tall. It didnt take long for the small candle to melt, but the bigger one was still burning, but it did have three wicks, that you could light if you wanted to. It would melt a lot quicker, if all three were lit. This is exactly what happen to the obstacles, or mountains in our own lives. Depending on the amount of time we spend with our Lord, is how many obstacles are melted, right before our eyes. Notice, He said they would melt like wax in HIS presence. A small obstacle or mountain may not take long, but a bigger one, may take a while. Remember when the disciples tried to cast a devil out of a child, and couldnt, so they brought him to Jesus, and Jesus cast out the demon, and they asked why they couldnt. He said, that it was because of their unbelief, this kind only comes out by prayer and fasting. He didnt say bring him back to me in two or three weeks, and Ill cast it out then. No, He was a man that stayed in the presence of God, and stayed prayed up, and fasted up. If we want to see those big mountains removed in our lives, were going to have to spend a lot more time with Him, instead of with the world. The only way our unbelief can turn into belief, is to separate ourselves from what the world is dictating to us, so that we can hear what the Master is saying. Seems like we have all the time in the world, to do worldly things, but when it comes time to get with HIM, something else pops up. He said to seek ye FIRST, the kingdom of God, and HIS righteousness, and then those things would be added. Ive seen it many times , in my own life, that when I was seeking kingdom business, my needs were being supplied, with little or no effort. His yoke is easy, and His burden is light. If youve been struggling in this area, would you come to Him and watch your mountains melt while your in His presence. Note, that I said, the big candle had three wicks on it. When two or three are agreeing, about something in Gods will, those mountains will melt quicker, than trying to do it on your own. We need each other, dont ever be ashamed to ask a believer to help you in some of your prayer burdens.
