Psalms 2 1 Why are the nations in an uproar, and the masses plan a worthless venture? 2 The kings of earth make their stand, the officials collaborate as one, against YAHUWAH, and against his anointed one. 3 Let us pull apart (AT) their shackles, and throw away their ropes. 4 He that dwells in heaven will laugh,YAHUWAH will make fun of them. 5 Then he will speak to them in his anger, terrifying them by his blazing fury. 6 Saying, “I have placed my king on Tsiyon, my sacred mountain.” 7 “I will publish the decree of YAHUWAH, he has said to me, you are my son, today I bring you forth. 8 Ask from me, and I will give to you the nations as your inheritance, and the ends of earth as your own possession. 9 Afflict them with an iron scepter, break them in pieces like a potters ware.” 10 So now, you kings, act wisely, accept discipline you judges of the earth. 11 Serve (AT) YAHUWAH with fear, rejoice with trembling, 12 Honor the Son, or else he will become angry, and you will perish from the way, when his anger burns only a little. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.
