Psalms 42:11 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God. Do we really praise GOD in our time of troubles, or do we whine, gripe, and complain? GOD IS our rock, our stronghold,our refuge, and our SALVATION!!! REJOICE for GOD IS STILL GOD and STILL cares for us!!! It is SO HARD sometimes when we are feeling down to praise GOD when things go wrong in our life,BUT IF we only kneel in prayer and thank HIM for the GOOD things HE has done and the GOOD things to come,THEN they WILL come!!! Today i charge you to wear a smile NO MATTER what goes wrong,EVEN IF NOTHING seems to go right SMILE and then GOD WILL smile back at you!! IF you do this your heart WILL soon start smiling as well!!!AND maybe you will make someone else smile too!! A smile can do WONDERS for the soul!!
