Psoriasis update: Yesterday (Tuesday) was exactly two weeks since I started my new treatments. My face and neck have practically cleared up 100%. It feels soo good to look in the mirror and see myself again! My scalp has also cleared up really well too and is back to normal. As far as my body goes . . . The progress is taking a little longer. Because it spread soo quickly, and was/still is so severe its not fully clear yet. I would say I gone from 35% body coverage, to 15-20% coverage. Which is great, but still a long way to go. The plaques and patches are smoothing out, not cracking, pulling, or causing pain or itching anymore. So I am very grateful for that. The redness of the marks are slowly fading out, as well as the patches themselves. I also have no more joint pain which is a huge plus. Next week is blood work and a biopsy to see what the next step is. Either HUMIRA the injection, or a pill version. . . Everyday I wake up and feel like Im one step closer to winning this battle.
