Psychic Exercise Hold your hand over your heart. Breathe gently and slowly, gradually bringing your mind into a space of calm. Feel still. quiet and calm. Allow all distractions to fall away as you focus solely on this moment right here, right now. Listen to your heart beating in your chest and be aware of your hand. Notice the rise and fall of your chest as your lungs extract and expand - Be aware! Now you are going to receive a message from your heart. You are going to listen to your heart and hear its message today. You are very quiet still and you are receptive and open. Be aware of any images thoughts, words feelings and consciously note them, how do you feel. What thoughts arise. Sit quietly like this for ten minutes and then write what you experienced down. Then after reading through your notes do it again. See if you can find clarity.
