Psychopaths are pathological liars. Everything that comes out of their mouth is a lie. First, they lie about themselves. Like a chameleon, they copy their targets personality, mimicking & mirroring to gain trust. Then, they lie about everyone else in their life. Between their crazy ex who cheated on them and their evil coworker who screwed them over, one thing is certain: theyre always the sympathetic victim. And finally, they lie about you. The moment you stand up for yourself, you become Enemy #1 and they smear your name to anyone who will listen. Again, theyll always come across as the victim, not a vicious slanderer. If you ignore them, theyll subtly provoke you until you finally react. Then theyll whisper in everyones ears about how much you hurt them, strategically using your invented behavior as a way to strengthen bonds with others. Eerily enough, these are the very same people they once insulted & trashed to you. Psychopaths are constantly recycling old targets, happily using anyone who continues to fall for their games.
