Public Announcement and Apology: IEM would like to express our deepest apology to the following entities: JEFUSION - IEM wishes to again express our deepest apologies for the pressure, negative experience, treatment as co presentor. With the equal pressure we expereinced there are events internally that are unintentional and not personal. If the team of JEFUSION thinks of it as inappropriate and not proper, I have no intention to degrading them or demotivate them. With the use of their late founders name, it is not for personal gain but for motivating including for myself. We wish not defame their good name nor compete with their future plans for events. IEM is expressing our deepest apologies for the above mentioned. Also, we thank them for their efforts and contribution in making this far to help Toku Con possible. Anime Pilipinas. - IEM wishes to express our deepest apologies to Anime Pilipinas for their logo to be included in the Toku Con event materials. It is by error on my end that it I negelected to formally confirm their media partnership. With this we apologize and rest assured we will conduct a proper process for partnerships. Reimaru files - Use of the Toku Con logo as watermark. The intention is to include a signature along with Reimary Files logo as well. We apologize for this and it was already addressed to the founder. IEM would like to announce that the event Toku Con will be the last event title to be used and may be used by other entities moving forward. We would like to point out that IEM wishs not to participate or initiate any legal actions as our company is a small family runned business supporting a 4 year old daughter and cannot afford legal actions as of this time. Our deepest sincerest apologies hopefully will suffice, plus prevention of interaction with our former partner will help move on with the issue. It would be best not to continue to defame IEM as we have no intentions to defame others. We accept fault from our end. We just want to make other people happy with having events. There will be challenges as events are organized and it is honestly not easy.
