Public Notice - Faulty Merchandise update... A small batch of Hoodies from our 2014 Event have had logos peel off when washed. This has been a issue that we have been working very hard on to have rectified. I can now confirm that new stock is arriving the first week of September. This does not effect the Annual Range ( un-sponsored range ) We offer our deepest apology for the time frame it has taken to resolve this problem, but it has been out of our control as we do not manufacture these items & are relying on other businesses to warrant these defects caused by them.. Process. If you have not already done so, please email [email protected] Advise your item & size... Like any purchase, should you wish for a replacement, they will have to be returned. As we have to make them available for the manufacturer to collect. All returns can be sent via Post to PO Box 224, Kenthurst, NSW 2156 In person to 10/276 New Line Rd, Dural NSW - Tues/Fri 8-5 You MUST also include information that contains your details, return address, description of item or items you have returned as well as sizing.
