Public Notice for Gypsum Ridge Trail and Park Phase 1 Clark County, NV Location: Desert Breeze Community Center 8275 Spring Mountain Road Las Vegas, NV 89117 Thursday, July 10, 2014 6:00 PM ADA Accessibility Presentation followed by: 7:00-9:00 PM Open House In 2012, the Southwest Ridge Recreation Concept Plan was approved as part of the master planning process to develop recreation areas in the southwest undeveloped areas of the County. A meeting will be held at the Desert Breeze Community Center {Meeting Room] to solicit comments on Phase 1 of the approved plan being approximately 1 mile of trail and a natural park. The meeting will begin at 6:00pm with an accessibility presentation overview of the proposed Phase 1 improvements; soliciting comments by attendees, followed by an Open House with Graphic Boards on display highlighting the proposed Phase 1 improvements. The Open House meeting will be informal and will be facilitated by representatives from the Department of Real Property Management and Consultant to provide an overview of the proposed improvements; soliciting comments by attendees.
