Public Order Bill of Uganda. Right of assembly; Right of association and Right of speech have been not fully enjoyed in Uganda because the media have to self censor their publication material and talk shows. The movement system was anti fundamental human rights and the right live in Northern Uganda was taken away for two decades! The public order bill is another extra tool to deprive especially the opposition and pressure groups such black Monday and 4GC. Education of the masses of their social and political capacities is a privilege NRM would like to retain singly in order to continue preaching its gospel of talk too much and delivery next to nothing; steal everything and invest nothing, protect the thieves because you get the biggest cut from their theft!! Education, health, agriculture and infrastructure are the least invested.
