Public Service Announcement: Ohhhh ladies. I would just like to say. We are fed BS constantly. No disrespect to this woman. She looks fabulous. However, we cannot compare ourselves to anyone else. Do you. This woman, while obviously fit... has been skinny all her life. She eats, breathes and sleeps fitness. Its her job. The reality of life is, we work jobs where being healthy can be a challenge (although not impossible). Many of us are single mothers pulling triple duty. Many of us have side hustles in addition to family obligations, careers, school and then we try to fit in me time. It can be exhausting. Then there are those who are going through life changes. Ladies, just breathe. Ive birthed 5 children out of this here body and miscarried 2. My body is not something youll see prancing around on Telemundo or a twerking session (Youre welcome). I fell prey to unrealistic expectations of what I should look like, which just led me on a self hating path of destruction. Im back on track and while Im chunky but funky, I can only be me. Be healthy and good to yourself. Be you, enjoy you and love you.....Every imperfect piece. ♡ Juju #PiecesOfMe
