Public Service Announcement (PSA): Dear Facebook, Your platform is designed for making friends. The more friends everyone has, the better. Yes ? However, BLOCKING me from adding more friends is akin to "cutting the nose to spite the face". Less friends I have, the less page views that is generated during any interactions (even in the messages) and that also means less advertising space for you. Which ultimately means, less income for your publicly traded company (NASDAQ:FB). Your quarterly earnings then will be affected and the stock will take a tumble at every earnings announcement cycle. Etc etc etc. Geddit ? Sincerely, Your source of page views. P/s - even this status update is generating more page views for you, so that you can stuff it with more sponsored posts and advertising. Howzat for irony...
