Public opinion... 2 Weeks ago I went to the Verizon store and got a new galaxy s5 and bought a new case ... they put the case and the screen protector on and activated my new phone. Turns out it was defective, and they were out of them so they packed up my paperwork and stuff and sent me to another store to pick up a different galaxy. When i got there i noticed i didnt have my case. So i called the store and the girl working said she would drop my case off at my tattoo shop on her way home. Which she did... only problem is, the screen protector that was supposed to come with the case was already put on the defective phone. So i didnt get a screen protector. Tonight i dropped my phone and the screen cracked, and i can only assume that my screen probably wouldnt have cracked if the screen protector was on it... Ive been meaning to stop by the original store and ask for a screen protector since i never got one, but I havent had time and didnt wanna be a complainer... Should they replace my screen since I never got something that I paid for? Or should I since I didnt ask for a replacement screen protector and its been 2 weeks? Opinions ??
