They cannot say the statute gave us jurisdiction or you are here in this area therefore we have jurisdiction I am sorry but you must have proof of jurisdiction on and for the record for jurisdiction to exist, if one does not know the jurisdiction asserted how can one know which venue one is in and if the venue is even appropriate or applicable to the one standing within it? It must be proved and cannot be asserted. period. Basso v.
