Publishing opportunity for all! The Writing Intensive Curriculum (WIC) program cordially invites you to write a Composing on Campus column for the print and digital versions of The Log. The column, which is written by and for students, faculty and staff, broadly focuses on writing, writing practices and writing projects inside and outside our academic community. I encourage you to take this opportunity to initiate a discussion about writing that you think is important, interesting or thought-provoking, or to simply share your knowledge, ruminations and experiences with the SSU community. The content and style of the column is nonrestrictive, and thus you are free to write on any topic related to writing. Columns should run between 300 and 500 words. Again, this column is dedicated to discussions *about* writing; it is not a space to publish writing such as short stories, poems or class essays.
